Happy Event ("we") organises Navami Carnival 2K26 in association with Janani Trust. This notice explains what personal data we collect when you register for a free ticket, why, and your rights under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).

1. Who is responsible

2. What we collect

• Your name, email address and (optionally) mobile number.
• The number of tickets on your booking and whether they have been used at the gate.

4. Who can see it

Your personal data is deleted 90 days after the event. We keep only anonymous, aggregate statistics (such as total attendance) after that.
